India and Mexico dialogue on bilateral ties and COVID-19

Invited by the Embassy of Japan in Uruguay, the specialist from Sophia University (Tokyo) examined the evolution of relations among Japan, China, the United States, and South Korea, as well as the implications of recent political changes for the international order.

Organized by SELA and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), this forum will take place in Zhengzhou, China, on August 18 and 19, 2026.

In this new report, we compile the milestones, training programs, and activities that we have driven over the 2014-2026 period, consolidating more than a decade of efforts aimed at strengthening reciprocal knowledge and strategic cooperation.
