Director-General of the Department of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs of the Foreign Ministry Zhu Qingqiao, Special Representative of the Chinese Government on Latin American Affairs Ambassador Yin Hengmin, 21 envoys and senior diplomats of 14 Latin American and Caribbean countries as well as journalists of some Latin American media in Beijing took part.
In the meantime, the Department of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs of the Foreign Ministry and relevant departments of the People’s Government of Hebei Province co-hosted a presentation on international production capacity cooperation in Tangshan City on November 4, and nearly 150 people including relevant Chinese and Latin American officials as well as heads of relevant enterprises in Hebei Province were present.
