Chile, New Zealand and Singapore announced the beginning of the negotiation to sign the association agreement about digital economy. The goal of this negotiation is to provide more opportunities to the citizens, especially to the small and medium-sized companies. In addition, it is expected that the negotiation will lead to reinforce what is achived through CPTPP that takes modern E-commerce rules into account.
