New Zealand’s Minister of Foreign Affairs carried out a tour of the Southern Cone that included Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay. The agenda combined trade, market access, and strategic cooperation, consolidating the rapprochement between Latin America and the Asia-Pacific.
