In 2025, Cuba will commemorate the 26th and 29th anniversaries of the entry into force of its agreements for the Promotion and Protection of Investments with Indonesia and Viet Nam. These agreements serve as international instruments that facilitate the establishment of clear regulations that would protect and expand reciprocal investments between countries. The primary objective is to provide greater judicial security to investors, facilitate the resolution of disputes, and foster an atmosphere of trust that can stimulate productive future projects.
The existence of these agreements represents a milestone in the bilateral economic relationships, strengthening commercial ties and integration between the countries.
