Open Lecture Analyzes the Progress of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Between Uruguay and China

The Institute of International Business at the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU) invites participation in the open lecture titled “Uruguay – China Comprehensive Strategic Partnership: An Important Path Traversed.” The presentation will be delivered by Ambassador Fernando Lugris, current Director General for Cultural Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay and former Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China and Mongolia (2015–2025), who will review the milestones and opportunities of this bilateral relationship.
