Uruguay is known due to its high standards in the meat production and, now with the Halal Certification, may compete in a wider global market.
Ambassador Syarif also highlighted his interest in strengthening the cultural and educational relations between Indonesia and Uruguay, which includes exchange programs for university students and cultural activities in Montevideo that seek to bring both nations together in different fields.”
