The Association of Southeast Asian Nations or ASEAN is an intergovernmental organization made up of Burma, Brunei, Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. In the attached publication the economic prospects for Southeast Asia and also the progresses and challenges faced by this integration process are summarized.
