The Association of Southeast Asian Nations or ASEAN is an intergovernmental organization made up of Burma, Brunei, Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Between 2023 and 2025, exports from ALADI member countries to the Asia-Pacific continued to be primarily supported by minerals, oilseeds, and fuels, reaffirming the region’s strategic role as a global provider of basic resources and food.
