Japan will allocate millionaire amount to ASEAN

The Foreign Minister of Japan, Toshimitsu Motegi, announced that his government will allocate up to three billion dollars for infrastructure development and other initiatives in order to achieve the “free and fair” development of all the countries that make up the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
