Segundo Seminario Internacional América Latina y el Caribe y China: condiciones y retos en el siglo XXI.

Two years into the implementation of the FTA, bilateral trade between the two nations has consolidated its upward trend, positioning China as a fundamental strategic partner for Ecuador’s exportable offerings.

Organized by SELA and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), this forum will take place in Zhengzhou, China, on August 17 and 18, 2026. The event aims to enhance economic connectivity and foster shared prosperity through high-level strategic dialogue.

This technical presentation, led by Dr. Enrique Dussel Peters from UNAM, will be held virtually on Monday, May 11, 2026. The event is organized by the Master’s Program in Economics and Business with Asia-Pacific and India at the National University of Tres de Febrero (UNTREF).
