Agreements between Bolivia and India will benefit cancer patients

The agreements signed by Bolivia and India in the field of health will allow it better to look after the cancer patients in Bolivia. Evo Morales, the president of Bolivia, announced that the Bolivian Government decided to construct a factory to produce of medication for the fight against the cancer with the loan promised by India.
