Non-reimbursable Financial Cooperation Agreement (gift) of Japan by US$ 4,5 million is signed

This international cooperation action between Japan and Paraguay reflects the excellent bonds of friendship between both countries, this year being the centenary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, and it will be allocated to the Instituto Nacional del Cáncer (National Institute of Cancer) (INCAN).
