The Joint Committee brought together high-level representatives from a wide range of government agencies of both countries.
They presented the overview and progress of their science, technology and innovation policies and noted the recent developments of their cooperative activities in the fields of marine science, space science, disaster prevention, biotechnology, agricultural research, and information and communications technology.
They also exchanged information on their joint research and researchers’ exchange.
