In Havana, Minister Shanmugam called on Vice President and Minister of Economy & Planning Marino Murillo Jorge, and Minister of Foreign Trade & Investment Rodrigo Malmierca Diaz.

Minister Shanmugam had the second round of Singapore-Cuba bilateral political consultations with Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodriguez Parilla, and was also hosted to lunch by Minister Rodriguez.

In addition, Minister Shanmugam visited the Port of Mariel, managed by a wholly-owned subsidiary of PSA International.
