About us

The Latin America - Asia Pacific Observatory (ALAP) was created on December 14, 2011, by the Latin American Integration Association (ALADI) through Resolution 393 of the Committee of Representatives.

Vision

To be a meeting point to promote knowledge and opportunities for growth and development between Latin America and Asia Pacific, through strategic and sustainable cooperation.

Mission

To promote a deeper understanding of the economic dynamics between Latin America and Asia Pacific, supporting economic integration through research, information dissemination and international cooperation.
